To install an indoor full-color LED display, the common method is to choose to buy the frame, module, cable, power supply, control card and other materials to assemble the LED display by yourself. So how to assemble a block of modules into a large LED screen and use it normally?
Depending on the application field and installation environment, the LED display installation methods are also different.
The hanging type is mostly used indoors and semi-outdoors. It is generally used at the entrance of passages and corridors, as well as at the entrances of stations, railway stations, and subway entrances. It is also used for traffic guidance on roads, railways, and expressways.
The mosaic type is to embed the entire LED display body into the wall, generally using a simple box design and using front maintenance (front maintenance design). This installation method is used both indoors and outdoors, but it is generally used for screens with small spacing and small display areas. Generally used for building entrances, building halls, etc.
The column type is generally used for outdoor billboards: single column installation method: suitable for small screen applications; double-column installation method: suitable for large screen applications; closed maintenance channel: suitable for simple cabinets; open maintenance channel: suitable for the standard box.
The wall-mounted type is usually used indoors or semi-outdoors. The display area of the screen is small. Generally, there is no space for maintenance channels. The whole screen is removed for maintenance, or it can be made into an integrated folding frame. Design (i.e., front maintenance design, usually in column assembly).
The key is that the roof-mounted display screen and the steel frame structure can resist wind. Generally, it is installed with an inclined angle, or the module adopts an inclined 8° design, which is mostly used for outdoor advertising displays.
The screen for rental hoisting should not be enlarged. The general requirement is below 6M*10M. Exceptions for special cabinet materials and strip curtains. The top is equipped with a hanging beam, and the bottom is equipped with a bottom beam. The row and the row box are connected by a hoisting mechanism, and the horizontal box is installed with a lock to tighten it. The hoisting mechanism is divided into gear, taper rod and bolt types.
