Environmental considerations.
1. Working environment temperature range -20℃-≤t≤50℃, 10%-90%RH humidity;
2. Avoid using or storing in high temperature, high humidity, high acid/alkali/salt environment;
3. Keep away from combustibles, gas, dust, etc.;
4. Avoid violent collisions during transportation and avoid violently hitting objects;
5. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat dissipation performance is not good, care should be taken to avoid using the screen for a long time;
6. After the LED display with humidity exceeding the specified value is powered on, it will cause corrosion of the components, or even short-circuit, which will cause permanent damage;
7. It is strictly forbidden to enter water, iron powder and other conductive metal materials into the screen. The LED display should be placed in a low-dust environment as much as possible. Large dust spots will affect the display effect, and too much dust will damage the circuit. If water enters due to various reasons, please cut off the power immediately, until all parts are completely dry before entering the screen.
Precautions for opening and closing the screen.
1. Turn on the screen: Before turning on the large screen of the LED display, turn on the control computer to make it work normally;
2. Turn off the screen: first turn off the power of the LED screen body, turn off the control software, and then shut down correctly; (turn off first, if you don't turn off the machine, it will cause the screen body to appear bright and light, and the consequences will be serious);
3. The time interval for switching screens should be greater than 5 minutes;
4. Avoid turning on the screen when the screen is completely white, because it has the largest impact current on the entire power distribution system at this point.
Electricity precautions.
1. The LED display module is DC +5V (working voltage: 4.2~5.2V), and AC power supply is prohibited; it is strictly forbidden to connect the positive and negative poles of the power terminal (note: once the connection is reversed, the product will be burnt out, or even Cause serious fire);
2. LED display power supply voltage: 220V±10% frequency: 50HZ±5% frequency;
3. Safety grounding, the grounding wire and the neutral wire are separated reliably, and the grounding wire is kept at a certain distance from the grounding wire of the high-power electrical equipment;
4. If any abnormalities such as electric leakage, electric leakage, burning wire, smoke, etc. are found, the system should not be turned on repeatedly and the problem should be found in time;
5. Maintain the stability of the power supply, do a good job of grounding protection to prevent lightning strikes, do not use it under harsh natural conditions, especially in strong lightning weather;
6. The large screen must be provided with power supply in stages, because the maximum power state of the entire screen will affect the entire power distribution system;
7. The LED display screen must not play the white all-white screen with the highest brightness for more than half an hour, so as to avoid excessive current, power supply heating, LED lamp damage, and affect the service life of the display screen. It is recommended to play dynamic video mainly;
8. LED display products cannot be turned on and off continuously during use, and the interval between the two should be at least 1 minute;
9. Non-professionals are not allowed to touch the inner line of the large-screen LED display, otherwise the line will be damaged; if there is any problem, please ask a professional to repair it.
Precautions for cleaning.
1. Regular cleaning and maintenance: LED full-color screens are exposed to the outdoor environment for a long time, wind, sun, and rain. Even if the indoor LED screens are used for a long time, more dust and rain wash marks will accumulate on the screen, so it needs to be regular Clean in time to avoid affecting the viewing effect;
2. If you want to clean the surface of the mold, gently brush it with a soft brush. It is strictly forbidden to clean the surface of the LED module with liquid, otherwise the LED lamp beads may be damaged;
3. Accuracy rate: The surface of the large LED display screen can be measured with alcohol, or with a brush or straw. The wet cloth method cannot be used directly.
Moisture-proof and storage requirements.
1. Storage temperature requirements: ambient temperature -40℃≤t≤60℃, after opening the package, store it under the conditions of temperature<30℃ and humidity<60%;
2. According to the environmental conditions of the display screen and the control part, avoid insect bites, and place anti-rat medicines if necessary;
3. The LED display cannot be turned off for a long time.
