The answer is a single 500×500×82mm die-cast aluminum cabinet supporting flexible curvature from +6° convex to −6° concave, 90° right-angle splicing, and dislocation splicing - all from the same module, same connection system.

1. Flexible Curvature: +6° Convex to −6° Concave

Continuous curvature adjustment within ±6°, with optional corner protection. Enables the wraparound LED volumes required for XR studio backgrounds - concave for immersive surround, convex for convex stage facades.

2. 90° Splicing: Precise Right-Angle Corners

Cabinet-to-cabinet 90° splicing enables cubic and polygonal LED structures - including Magic Cube configurations for commercial immersive installations.

3. Dislocation splicing: Non-Linear Creative Layouts

Offset cabinet arrangements break from the conventional grid, enabling non-rectangular display compositions for artistic installations, stage design, and architectural feature displays.
