We know that LED displays are composed of some standard-sized LED modules. When using LED displays to build a complete large screen, users will pursue how to achieve seamless splicing so that the entire screen appears more complete, transparent, and clear. To achieve such an effect, we need to carry out deeper refinement at the physical level to enhance the precision of the product.

LEDs can be divided into two types: modules and cabinets. Cabinets are generally made using die-casting technology and can have standard modules installed on them. Due to their high precision, using cabinets for screen assembly can greatly reduce the gaps between LED display panels. Viewed from multiple angles, they can demonstrate a perfectly integrated seamless screen.
The fewer the modules, the fewer the gaps in the screen. When we need to assemble an ultra-large screen, we can appropriately choose larger cabinets. Because small modules, after being used for a long time, are more prone to slight deformation, angular distortion, and other issues, which can lead to an uneven surface and gaps appearing in the complete screen.
