This month, our LED immersive screen project of our Saudi customers was successfully built and tested in the factory. The immersive project consists of five LED displays, which are composed of the top surface of the ceiling, the ground, and the front and left sides. The ground LED display passes the weight test and can withstand multiple people walking on it. After the completion of the project, people can experience being in the immersive display, playing the bottom of the sea, space, magic world, games and other pictures, so that people have an immersive feeling, very wonderful and interesting.
The immersive project's 5 sides of LED display total 72 square meters, customers will be install in the exhibition and their own company's exhibition hall, with our developed immersive LED screen solutions, display their own company's products and service solutions. After the completion of the project, the customer was very satisfied with the shock effect brought by our immersive solution, and was also very confident in the factory delivery and quality. Today we come to the production plant of Mastro's immersive LED screen to see what the installation process of the magical immersive LED screen we see on a daily basis is really like.
1. Planning and design: First, you need to carry out planning and design work to determine the location, size and layout of the display, taking into account the audience's perspective and space requirements.
2. Install LED display box: Install the box structure required by the display according to the design drawing. Ensure accurate and secure connections between boxes. In order to ensure the smoothness and ultimate experience of the display screen, our company adopts a flexible display design in the transition position of the side and ground display screen, and the box adopts an arc to ensure the smooth display screen and achieve the perfect immersive experience.
3. Then connect the power and signal cables: Connect the display's power cable to the appropriate power outlet, and connect the signal cable to the control system or media player device
4. Install the display module: Install the display module on the assembled box, control the joint between the modules, and handle the smooth seamless splicing between the vertical plane and the curved surface. Follow the installation guide provided by the manufacturer to ensure correct installation.
5. Adjustment and test phase: according to the system diagram and power distribution diagram of the display screen, connect the power supply system and control system hardware of the LED display screen, software debug the screen playback content, adjust the brightness, contrast and color of the display screen and other parameters to achieve the best visual effect.
